Foremen, estimators, the front office.

Built for the site. Clean enough for the client walk.

The day starts with a 6 a.m. pour and has an owner walkthrough at two. The crew wears a $17.02 printed tee and a 330 GSM hoodie with the mark stitched on the chest, and the estimator wears the same mark on an oxford. This is custom apparel and none of it is certified PPE.

Why construction teams switch

One mark from slab to office

Fabric and stitching for site wear
The tee is 220 GSM ring-spun cotton and the hoodie is 330 GSM brushed fleece. A mark on the left chest takes 5,000 to 12,000 stitches of raised satin thread, which doesn't peel or crack and outlives the garment. The fabric guide says what those numbers mean on site.
The estimator wears the crew's logo.
The same embroidered logo goes on the crew hoodie and the estimator's oxford. On a client walk, the foreman and the person handing over the change order read as one standard. The button-up is $24.59 before the embroidery, and its cut is tailored but forgiving.
Not certified PPE or hi-vis-rated
We make clothes. Nothing here is certified PPE or hi-vis-rated, and where the site requires a rated vest, our pieces are cut to layer under it.

“The hoodies have been through a full winter of concrete and the logo still looks new. Our PMs wear the button-ups to bid meetings and we come across as a bigger outfit.”

How do we plan a crew order?

A crew of 40 with 15 hoodies

40 crew tees with the chest mark printed come to $680.80, and fifteen hoodies with the company name printed across the back add $359.40. Those 55 pieces total $1,040.20 at list and clear the 50-piece threshold, which takes 12% off everything. You pay $915.40 all-in, or $14.98 a tee and $21.08 a hoodie, with no setup fee. Caps for summer and beanies for January on the same order count toward 150 pieces, where the discount becomes 22%. Our company hoodies guide covers fleece weight and what survives a pressure washer.

Five things to send us
  • Your logo, as a vector file if you have one. If it only exists on a truck door, a clear photo works and our designers redraw it for thread.
  • A headcount split into crew, foremen, PMs and office, because each group gets its own piece.
  • Sizes, which each person enters through the share link. XS to 4XL are one price, so nobody has a reason to round down. The sizes and reorders guide shows how to keep the roster current.
  • Where the mark goes. We suggest left-chest embroidery on everything and the company name printed across the back if it should read from the street, and the embroidery page shows how we embroider.
  • The season start date. We tell buyers to begin 8 to 10 weeks out, because design and approval come first and move at your pace.

What construction buyers want to know.

Is any of this rated hi-vis or PPE?
No. We make custom apparel, not certified PPE or hi-vis-rated garments. High-contrast colors help a crew get seen, but where a standard calls for a rated vest, wear the vest over our gear.
Will the logo survive a season on site?
Yes. A left-chest mark is a raised satin stitch of 5,000 to 12,000 stitches, and it outlives the garment. A company name across the back is a DTF print rated for 50-plus washes without cracking.
Do you cover a crew that runs from small to 4XL?
Yes. Sizes run XS to 4XL at one price with no surcharge. Each crew member picks a size through the share link, and because every piece arrives sleeved with their name, handout at the trailer takes minutes.
How do we add hires when spring hiring picks up?
Order for the core crew before the season, then add hires as they come. The design and your size history are already on file, and a reorder only needs the quantity and the new sizes. Once you approve it, we produce the reorder in three weeks and it ships over the next two.
What does a 60-person company pay?
With a printed mark on each, 60 tees at $17.02 come to $1,021.20 and 60 hoodies at $23.96 add $1,437.60, for 120 pieces and $2,458.80 at list. That clears 50 pieces, so everything takes 12% off and you pay $2,163.60 all-in, with design, decoration and the name sleeves inside the price. The minimum is 15 pieces. If your crew is smaller than that, tell us what you have in mind.
