A booth team of six or an office of twenty shouldn't have to buy 50 shirts. Because we run our own production, orders start at 15 pieces at the list price, and if you need fewer than that you can tell us what you have in mind.
Most of the industry starts at 24.
Many suppliers start at 24, 48 or 50 pieces. They buy blanks by the carton and pay a decorator a setup fee, and that fee only makes sense spread across a big run. Order 15 from them and you get a no, or a per-piece price that punishes you for being small.
We decorate and pack in our own production, and a run of 15 goes through it like any other order. It gets the same 200 GSM piqué, the same embroidered mark and the same name on the sleeve, and the list price doesn't change because the order is small.
If you need fewer than 15
Runs under 15 have no published price, and we take them case by case. Send the garment, the number and the date through the quote form and tick the box that asks about fewer than 15. You'll hear from us within one business day about whether we can do it.
Fifteen is the published minimum because it's a number we can hold to on every garment.
What 15 and 20 pieces cost
Each total is the per-piece price with one DTF print times the count. That price holds the garment, the print, the design and the name-sleeved packaging. Shipping on an order this size comes on the quote, and it's free from 50 pieces or $2,000.

Fifteen printed polos for a six-person booth team come to $302.70. Twenty printed tees for a twenty-person office come to $340.40, or $17.02 a head, and when the next five hires need theirs the design is already on file. Two kinds of small order
Four to ten people at a show.
A six-person booth over two show days needs 15 shirts, spares included, which is a long way short of a 50-piece minimum. The booth page has the capsule, the count and the week to approve by.

Small companies order onboarding kits, a uniform for one location or tees for a single store. That's fifteen to forty pieces at the same list price a 200-person company pays.

The 15-piece minimum applies to every product in the table above, from the $10.85 printed cap to the $28.37 printed button-up. All eight take embroidery, and polos take a print as well as thread.
Caps and beanies also take a sewn-on patch. Send a logo and the Design Studio designs a collection across all eight, saved under your name. A designer on our team finishes every order, at 15 pieces as at 150.
The same schedule as a big order
Production takes three weeks, counted from the day you approve your design, and shipping within the US takes two more. Allow about two weeks for design at the front and a week of buffer at the back.
Put your date into the lead-time planner and it works back to the day you need to approve. A paid sample set adds about two weeks before that.

Can I mix sizes within the 15 pieces?
Yes. The 15 can be any mix of sizes, and XS to 4XL are one price. If you'd like to split the 15 across two products, put the split on the quote form and we'll tell you whether we can do it.
Do small orders cost more per piece?
No. With one print, a tee is $17.02, a polo $20.18 and a hoodie $23.96 whether you order 15 or 40. Design and the name on the sleeve are inside those prices, and there's no setup fee to spread across a small run. The price first drops at 50 pieces, when 12% comes off.
How long does a 15-piece order take?
The same as a large one. Start 8 to 10 weeks ahead of the date you need the order. That leaves room for design and your approval before production and shipping, with a week of buffer at the end.
Can I order fewer than 15?
