The Custom T-Shirt
Every team starts with this tee. It’s 220 GSM combed ring-spun cotton, heavier than the tees conferences hand out, with side seams and taped shoulders that keep the neck in shape. We cut it from OEKO-TEX certified fabric in our own production. The simple cut runs true, so order your normal size, and the drop shoulder sits boxier. A simple tee with one DTF print is $17.02, from 15 pieces.

How we decorate the T-Shirt
The t-shirt takes five decoration methods. Each adds one fee to the t-shirt, however many places that method covers, and our designer sets placement and size before the order goes into production. Sublimation needs polyester, so the t-shirt doesn't take it.
We stitch a left-chest mark through the 220 GSM cotton, and it outlives the tee.
How embroidery worksFlat-color artwork across the chest or back of the tee; send the art and we’ll say whether screens suit it.
How screen print worksA chest print up to about 10 inches wide or a back print up to 12, with gradients that run edge to edge.
How dtf print worksFull-color art printed straight into the 220 GSM cotton, with nothing sitting on top of the knit.
Names and numbers on the back of the tee, or a one-color mark on the chest.
