We make eight products. Six have a price you can see today, from $10.85 for a cap with one print to $28.37 for an oxford, and we price the sweatshirt and beanie in one business day. Each piece is its style's rate plus one fee for each decoration method, with the design and a sleeve bearing the wearer's name included. Orders of 50 pieces take 12% off and orders of 150 take 22% off, counted across the whole order.

A piece costs its style's rate plus one fee for each decoration method on it, and one fee covers that method on as many locations as you want. A simple tee with a DTF front and a vinyl back pays both fees, $13.24 plus $3.78 plus $3.03, so it comes to $20.05. The tier columns take 12% or 22% off each piece and round to the cent, and every size from XS to 4XL costs the same. What the price covers
A traditional swag quote is a base price with a column of add-ons under it. Ours is two numbers you can see, the garment's rate and a fee for each decoration method. None of the following costs extra, and shipping is free from 50 pieces.
- The design work. The Design Studio works your logo into all eight products, and one of our designers finishes every order, with no art fee and no revision fee.
- The decoration. A full-color DTF or DTG print adds $3.78 to a piece ($2.02 on the cap) and vinyl adds $3.03, however many places the method goes, with no setup or per-color charge. Embroidery in up to 12 thread colors, screen printing and patches are priced in one business day.
- Approval before production. Nothing is made until you approve the design. If you want to hold a piece first, a sample set costs extra and takes about two weeks.
- Name sleeves. Each piece arrives in a paper band with the wearer's name on it and no plastic, and handing out the box takes minutes.
- XS to 4XL at one price. A 4XL simple hoodie with one print is $23.96, the same as a small, and the sizing guide has the cuts and measurements.
- Free shipping from 50 pieces. An order of 50 pieces, or $2,000 after the discount, ships free. Below that the shipping cost is a line on the quote you approve, and nobody on your team gets a second bill for it.
- Checked piece by piece. Every piece is inspected by hand before it's packed. That happens in our own production, and the fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified.
- Remake guarantee. Report a defect within 30 days with a photo and we remake the piece free.
How do the volume tiers work?
There are two thresholds, and both count the whole order. Cross 50 pieces in any mix of products and every line prices at −12%. Cross 150 and every line prices at −22%. You don't need 50 of any one product to get there.
Every example below has one print on each piece. Because a $10.85 cap counts toward a threshold exactly as much as a $25.22 zip hoodie, the least expensive way across a tier is the least expensive piece people will wear.
The smallest order is 15 pieces.
The 15 is counted across the whole order, in any mix of sizes. Fifteen polos is an order, and so is five people in the three-piece Executive capsule. If you need fewer, tell us what you have in mind.
Onboarding kit programs run on reorders, which need only a quantity because we keep your design and sizes between orders.
Count back 8 to 10 weeks from your date.
Design and approval take about two weeks at your pace, or four if you want samples first. In that time the Studio makes its proposal, a designer does a pass, and the share link goes out to the team for sizes.
Production and shipping come after you approve the design. Making the order takes three weeks from that approval, and shipping it takes two more. Keep one week in hand as buffer, and use the buying guide for the week-by-week planner.
Three capsules, priced per person
A capsule is the same per-piece prices added up into one kit, here with one print on every piece. We show three because most teams order this way, and the tier math is easier to read per person.
Comparing quotes on the delivered price
A traditional swag quote grows as you read down: a setup fee, a screen charge per color, an art fee if the file needs work, a surcharge from 2XL up, then freight. Ours is the rate and the decoration fee in the table, and the quote you approve is the total you pay. Put both on a per-delivered-piece basis with samples and shipping in, then count the design hours you'd be doing yourself. Pricing questions we get.
Are there setup or art fees?
No. There's no setup fee, art fee or per-color charge, because the per-piece price is the whole price. It covers the garment, one fee for each decoration method on it, the design work in the Studio and with a designer on our team, and the name-sleeved packaging.
How do volume discounts work on a mixed order?
The thresholds count the whole order, not each product. 50 pieces in any mix takes 12% off every line and 150 takes 22% off. 30 hoodies plus 20 caps is a 50-piece order, so both lines price at −12%.
What is the minimum order?
15 pieces, counted across the whole order. Ask us about anything smaller and we'll tell you whether we can make it.
Do extended sizes cost more?
No. Every product runs XS to 4XL at one price. A 4XL zip hoodie with one print is $25.22, the same as a small.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $2,000 or 50 pieces. On a smaller order the shipping cost is on the quote you approve. We don't ship outside the US yet, and Shipping & Returns has the full terms.
Do reorders keep my discount?
