Volunteers you can spot. Staff you can trust.
The spring drive has 150 volunteers and a board that reads every line of the budget. A tee with the campaign printed across the chest lists at $17.02 and drops to $13.28 at 150 pieces. Staff get the same mark embroidered on a piqué polo.

Four pieces in the Mission Set
The set follows a nonprofit's year through volunteer days, donor meetings, the gala gift table and the staff photo in the annual report. The tee and the cap below carry a printed mark. We price the stitched polo and the beanie within one business day.
“We ordered 150 volunteer tees and 12 staff polos for the spring drive. The tees got worn to the grocery store afterward.”
What does a volunteer order cost?
150 volunteer tees at $17.02 come to $2,553.00 at list, and fifteen staff polos take the order to 165 pieces. Because the 150-piece threshold counts the whole order, 22% comes off every piece. The tees fall to $1,992.00 all-in, or $13.28 a tee, with design and the name sleeves included and no art fee on top. The polos get the same 22% off, on $16.40 a polo plus the embroidery. Tier tables are in the pricing guide, and the DTF printing page says what prints well and what should be stitched.
- Have the logo as a vector file, and put the campaign name on the back if the tee needs to read from across the park.
- The event date, because the schedule is counted back from it.
- Volunteer headcount, plus a dozen extra tees for walk-ins. Sizes XS to 4XL are one price, so a wide spread of sizes costs nothing extra.
- Staff sizes through the share link. The managing sizes and reorders guide shows the roster we use.
- Donor names for the sleeves, spelled the way they sign their cards, plus a beanie or an embroidered cap for each of them. The gifting guide explains how far ahead to plan a round of donor gifts.
