With a printed mark on everything, 24 coach tees at $17.02 are $408.48, fifteen caps at $10.85 are $162.75, and 15 hoodies at $23.96 are $359.40. That's 54 pieces and $930.63 at list. Past the 50-piece mark, 12% comes off all of it, and the order comes to $818.97 all-in with design and the name sleeves inside that number. The hoodies can be restocked later as the rack empties. Starting a member merch line
  • Start with two pieces, a hoodie and a tee. A rack of eight styles confuses people and ties up cash.
  • Use one design in two colorways, staff and member, and both count toward the same volume tier.
  • If you'd like to test the rack first, ask us for a sample set. It's paid, takes about two weeks, and can sit on the rack for a week before you commit.
  • Collect staff sizes by share link and track restocks with the sizes and reorders guide.

Common questions from gym owners

Do coaches sweat through DTF prints?
No. A DTF print sits flush on the fabric and is rated for 50-plus washes without cracking. On a 220 GSM ring-spun cotton tee it breathes the way the tee does. For a polo or a cap, embroidery is permanent and outlives the garment.
Can we sell the same pieces to members?
Yes. Order the staff and member colorways in one run and both count toward the volume tier. When the member pieces sell through, send us the number for the restock.
How does an order work across three locations?
You get one master design, with a location line under the mark if you want it. Sizes from every site come in through one share link, and the volume tier counts the whole order, so three sites at 20 pieces each get 12% off.
Can you fit a gym staff with a wide range of sizes?
Yes. Every piece comes in XS to 4XL at one price, with no surcharge. Staff pick their own sizes through the link, and each piece comes sleeved with the wearer's name.
How long from idea to rack?
Allow 8 to 10 weeks for a first order, and less for a reorder, which skips the design step. Design and approval run about two weeks at your pace. Production starts on the day you approve and takes three weeks, shipping takes two more, and the last week is buffer.
