How long production and shipping take
The three weeks of production start when you approve your design, and shipping within the US takes two weeks after that. How long the design stage takes is up to you, because it moves as quickly as you approve things.

Questions tech buyers ask
Can you hit our expo date?
Count back 8 to 10 weeks from the show. That covers about two weeks of design and approval at your pace, then production and shipping, with a week of buffer. If you want to see the pieces first, a sample set costs extra and adds about two weeks.
We have strict brand guidelines.
Send the logo as a vector file and name the colors. Embroidery takes up to 12 thread colors, and our designers redraw the mark for thread. Lettering under 5 mm won't stitch cleanly, and we'll point out any before you approve the design.
What if we have several shows a year?
Keep one collection and reorder from it by email before each show. Your artwork and size list stay with us between orders, so all we need is the quantity.
What about sizes for a mixed team?
Every size from XS to 4XL costs the same. Send the share link to the team and each person enters their own size.
What do larger orders cost?
The price per piece drops once an order reaches 50. Twenty people in the Exhibition Capsule is 60 pieces. Every one of them takes 12% off, and the zip hoodie goes from $25.22 to $22.19, or $443.80 for twenty. The polo and the cap take the same 12% once their embroidery is priced, which takes us one business day. The discount is 22% at 150 pieces, and the count is the whole mixed order.
