Each first-year finds a 330 GSM hoodie on the bed at move-in, with the class year on the sleeve and their name on the packaging. The team onboarding kits guide works for first-year move-in without changes.

These four pieces run from tour season to the department photo. The hoodie and the tee are priced to the cent below, and the stitched polo and cap get their embroidery price from us within one business day. Once the order reaches 50 pieces, the whole mix takes 12% off.

A campus order for fall, priced and scheduled

50 pieces for admissions and orientation leads

30 admissions polos and 20 orientation-lead hoodies make 50 pieces. Because the 50-piece threshold counts the whole mixed order, 12% comes off everything, and a hoodie with the class year in vinyl drops from $23.21 to $20.42, or $408.40 for the twenty. The polos are $16.40 each before the crest is stitched, and the embroidery takes the same 12% off once we've priced it. Add 100 first-year tees in the spring as a reorder, and the crest, colorways and size history will already be on file. The pricing guide shows the 22% tier at 150 pieces.

The fall schedule, week by week

Weeks 1 to 2 are design and sizes. Send the Studio the crest and the school colors, approve the design at your pace, and pass the share link to staff and student ambassadors so they can enter sizes. The sizing guide helps a mixed roster pick right the first time.
Weeks 3 to 7 are production and shipping. Once the design is approved we make the order in three weeks, and shipping within the US takes two more.
Week 8 is delivery. Every piece arrives sleeved with a name and sorted by department, and a week or two of buffer is left over. The sizes and reorders guide covers ordering for the spring cohort.
A sample set first is a paid extra and adds about two weeks at the front.

Questions we get from education buyers

Can students and staff order in the same run?

Yes. One size-collection link goes to everyone, from the tour guides to the provost's office, and the order consolidates into one quote. XS to 4XL is one price, so a 4XL hoodie for the line coach costs the same as an XS for a first-year.

Should a crest with fine detail be embroidered or printed?

Use embroidery for the crest on polos and caps. A left-chest crest takes 5,000 to 12,000 stitches in up to 12 thread colors with lettering no smaller than 5 mm, and the stitch outlives the garment. For a full-color seal or a big back graphic on orientation tees, a DTF print holds gradients and fine detail and is rated for 50-plus washes.

Can athletics have its own colorway?

Yes. We build one master design with a colorway per department, with admissions in the school primary and athletics in the secondary, and on the quad it still reads as one institution.

How early do we start for fall?

Brief us 8 to 10 weeks before you need the order on campus. For August orientation, that means early June.

What does a 150-piece order cost?

100 first-year tees, 30 admissions polos and 20 hoodies come to 150 pieces, and at 150 every line takes 22% off. The printed tees drop from $17.02 to $13.28, which is $1,328.00 for the hundred, and the hoodies with a vinyl class year go from $23.21 to $18.10, or $362.00 for twenty. The polos are $16.40 before the crest, and we price the embroidery in one business day, so the full total comes with your quote. A single department can order from 15 pieces, and for fewer than that, tell us what you have in mind.
