Producers, stage managers, AV, front-of-house.

Backstage crews. Front-stage sharp.

With thirty freelancers on the call sheet and an 18-hour load-in, your producer needs to find AV in house dark. We print the tee to read across the hall, and every piece arrives sleeved by name for the crew table.

Why producers switch

Find your crew in the dark.

A print that reads in house dark
A high-contrast DTF print on a black 220 GSM tee reads in stage light and in house dark. Give producers one colorway and AV another, and the stage manager stops shouting names.
Fabric for an 18-hour day
The tee is 220 GSM ring-spun cotton with side seams, and it still hangs straight at strike. The zip hoodie is 330 GSM fleece with a YKK metal zip for the 2 a.m. load-out.
One base kit for every show.
Keep the same base kit and change the colorway or sponsor lockup for each show. Each run takes three weeks to produce once you approve the design, plus two weeks to ship.

The Show Crew Kit

The tee, zip hoodie and cap run from load-in to lights-out. With one printed mark on each, the three come to $53.09 at list for every name on the call sheet.

“Our stage manager can find AV in a blackout. Sponsors keep asking if they can buy the crew kit. Nobody asked that about the old tees.”

Questions producers send us

How far out should we book?
We tell buyers to begin 8 to 10 weeks out from load-in. About two weeks of that go to design and approval at your pace, then production and shipping, and the last week is buffer. Send us the load-in date and we'll answer within one business day.
Can each show get its own colorway?
Yes. Every version stays on file after the first order, and the reorder for show three is an email with sizes and quantities.
Can sponsors go on the kit?
Yes. We design the sponsor placement into the pattern, as a sleeve hit or a back-panel lockup, instead of pressing it on top. Embroidered marks are permanent, and a DTF print is rated for 50-plus washes, which outlasts most sponsorship deals.
Freelance crew sizes change per show.
Send the size-collection link with the call sheet and everyone picks their own size. Because each piece is already sleeved with a name, handing them out at the crew table takes minutes.
What does a 30-person crew cost?
Thirty printed tees at $17.02 come to $510.60 and thirty printed caps at $10.85 to $325.50, which makes 60 pieces and $836.10 at list. Sixty pieces clears the 50-piece threshold, and the whole order takes 12% off, so you pay $735.90, or $24.53 for each person on the crew. That price includes design and name sleeves.
