Managing brokers and the agents they recruit.
Open-house polish. Golden-hour photogenic.
An agent with six showings on a Saturday needs a polo that looks right at every one. Ours is charcoal 200 GSM piqué with a silver embroidered mark. The polo is $16.40 before the stitching, and each one arrives sleeved with the agent's name for the Monday sales meeting.

Why brokerages switch
What agents wear in the listing photo
Silver on charcoal for the camera
A silver mark on charcoal gives a phone camera contrast it can hold at twilight. Put the same polo in the headshot, the yard-sign photo, the reel and the closing-day post, and people remember the brokerage.
Fabric and fit of the polo
It's 200 GSM combed cotton piqué with a self-fabric reinforced collar and tonal buttons. The fit runs true. An agent between sizes should take the smaller one, because the piqué relaxes half a size after two washes.
New agents get the same polo.
A new agent's first listing photo should match everyone else's. Their polo comes from the same design as the rest of the office and arrives with their name on the sleeve.

The Open House Set
The polo covers a Saturday of showings, and the zip hoodie and cap come out for a twilight open house or a broker's open. All three carry the silver mark in thread. Each figure below is the garment alone, and we price the embroidery in one business day.

“Our listing photos suddenly look art-directed. Three sellers this quarter said the team looked like a brand, and that's why they signed.”

Questions we hear from brokerages
Our agents are independent. How does ordering work?
One size-collection link goes to every agent, and each picks a piece and a size. The order consolidates into one quote for the brokerage to approve.
We bring on new agents every month.
We keep your design and sizes between orders. Email a name and a size, and tell us the quantity. A reorder takes three weeks to make from the day you approve it and two more to arrive.
Will it photograph well?
The embroidery is raised satin stitch, which catches light instead of flattening into the fabric. You can order a paid sample set before the bulk run, and it takes about two weeks. Shoot a test with it before you approve anything.
Summer showings, winter showings?
Agents wear the 200 GSM piqué polo through summer and add the 330 GSM zip hoodie over it from October. Both carry the same mark, and it appears in every listing photo all year.
Three offices. What does that cost?
With the mark printed, three offices of 20 agents in one polo and one zip hoodie each is 60 polos ($1,210.80) and 60 zip hoodies ($1,513.20). That's 120 pieces, $2,724.00 at list, and 12% off because it passed 50, which brings it to $2,397.00. Add 30 caps and it's 150 pieces at 22% off, or $2,378.40. You get 30 caps and pay $18.60 less, and the stitched version follows the same tiers once we've priced the embroidery.
