What a sewn-on patch is
A patch is your mark made as a separate piece, then stitched to the hat around its edge. It sits on the cap's front panel or the front of the beanie's cuff, and it reads as a badge with a border framing the logo. Embroidery, by contrast, puts the stitches straight into the panel.
A patch suits a crest, a round or shield-shaped mark, or any logo you'd like framed. A bare wordmark with no shape around it looks cleaner stitched straight onto the cap as embroidery.

We don't publish patch types or sizes. Send the mark, and the quote that comes back within one business day settles them along with the rest.

From artwork to a patched order
- Send the mark through the Design Studio or with a quote request, and tell us whether it goes on the caps, the beanies or both.
- A designer on our team sets up the patch and sends the proof, with the patch drawn on the cap or the cuff.
- You approve the design, and we make the order in the three weeks after approval, then ship it within the US in two more.
- We check every piece by hand and sleeve it with the wearer's name before it ships.
Count back 8 to 10 weeks from the date you need the hats, because the design stage comes first and moves at your pace.
Patched caps in a bigger order
The piece count for volume pricing covers the whole order. Forty printed tees and 20 patched caps make 60 pieces, so 12% comes off every piece, the caps included, and shipping is free. The tees come to 40 × $14.98 = $599.20, and the caps are priced on the same quote.
