Front desk and outreach teams

Clinic apparel that isn't scrubs.

Reception and the outreach van are the first people a patient sees, and neither needs scrubs. Put the desk in a teal 220 GSM cotton tee with a tonal printed mark and the van crew in a 330 GSM hoodie. The tee is $17.02, and orders start at 15 pieces.

Why care teams switch

What should a clinic front desk wear?

None of this is PPE.
We don't make certified PPE or hi-vis-rated garments, and nothing here replaces a hygiene protocol. These pieces are for reception and admin staff whose day never enters a treatment room.
Cotton in place of polyester
The desk wears teal and cream cotton instead of scrub-adjacent polyester. The tee is 100% combed cotton at 220 GSM, and the fabric is OEKO-TEX certified.
A colorway for each role
One design comes in a colorway per role, with reception in teal and the outreach van in cream. Patients find the right person without reading a badge.

“Patients started telling reception how nice the team looks, and you can feel the room relax. The place feels more like a boutique studio than a waiting room.”

What clinics ask before ordering

Can the fabrics handle clinical laundering?
They're cotton and fleece, and we don't rate them for industrial laundering. Wash them at home or on site like any cotton garment. Embroidery outlives the garment, and a DTF print is rated for 50-plus washes. If a piece has a defect, send a photo within 30 days and we remake it free.
Is there an antimicrobial finish?
No. The fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified cotton and cotton-poly fleece with no added finish. A role that needs a treated or certified garment should get it from another vendor.
Can different roles look different?
Yes. Each role gets its own colorway of the same design, and every piece arrives sleeved with the wearer's name.
How do reorders work for new hires?
Email us the new sizes and how many pieces you need. Reorders use the design we have on file. Production takes three weeks from the day you approve, and shipping adds two.
We run multiple sites.
Use one design, with a colorway per site if you want it. The tier counts every site's pieces together. Twenty-five people across three sites in the Front-of-House Set is 75 pieces, so 12% comes off all of them. The tees drop from $17.02 to $14.98 and the hoodies from $23.96 to $21.08, which puts those 50 pieces at $901.50, and the caps take the same 12% once their embroidery is priced.

The desk sets the tone.
