Start from the lobby palette
Enter your email, upload a logo, and describe the team and the lobby colors. The Studio designs a collection across all eight products, saves it under your name and sends you a link. Halcyon's sage and cream came from their lobby, and a designer on our team finished the collection.
Piqué at the desk, fleece outdoors
The desk polo is 200 GSM combed cotton piqué, and valet and grounds get 330 GSM brushed fleece. Both fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified, and we check every piece by hand before it's sleeved.
Cuts that get worn off shift
Priya's team wears theirs on weekends. The polo comes in straight and tailored cuts, and every size from XS to 4XL costs the same.

Can each role wear a different piece?
Yes. It's one collection in one palette, with the desk in the polo and the grounds crew in the hoodie or cap.
What happens when staff turn over?
Email us the new sizes and the quantity. Your artwork and size list stay with us between orders, and each new piece comes sleeved with the name of whoever is joining the shift. After you approve the design, your order spends three weeks in production and two in transit.
How does it hold up in the wash?
Embroidery outlives the garment, and a DTF-printed mark is rated for 50-plus washes without cracking. If a piece arrives with a defect, report it within 30 days with a photo and we remake it free.
We run more than one property.
Use one design with a colorway per property. The tier counts the whole order, so 60 polos and 60 caps plus 30 hoodies across three sites is 150 pieces, and every one of them takes 22% off. Before the embroidery, the polo is $16.40, the cap $8.83 and the hoodie $20.18, and the stitched total comes with your quote.
What are the minimums and volume prices?
The minimum is 15 pieces. If you need fewer, tell us what you have in mind. An order takes 12% off at 50 pieces and 22% off at 150, whatever the mix.
