One plant. One look, floor to front office.
The plant runs three shifts and has a customer tour on Thursday. Operators wear a $17.02 tee with a printed back and supervisors an embroidered polo, and a visitor on the catwalk can read the org chart by color. These are everyday team clothes, and nothing here is certified PPE.
What a customer sees on a plant tour
The Plant-Floor Set has a piece for each role.
Four pieces cover three shifts and a customer visit, with one each for the line, the lead, the supervisor and the person walking the buyer through the door. The tee is priced with its printed back. The crewneck isn't on our price sheet yet, and neither is the embroidery on the polo and the oxford. We price those in one business day.
“Customers who tour the plant comment that everyone looks like one company. Nights and days finally match, and reorders for new hires take one email.”
Sizing and pricing a plant order
120 operator tees and thirty crewnecks make 150 pieces, which lands exactly on the 22% tier. A tee with the printed back drops from $17.02 to $13.28. The 120 come to $1,593.60 all-in, and design and the name sleeves are inside that number. The crewnecks take the same 22% off once the sweatshirt has its price. Add 15 supervisor polos and they get 22% off as well, on $16.40 a polo plus the embroidery. The buying guide walks from brief to handout, and the pricing guide has the tier tables.
- Use one share link with a shift field, or one link per shift, and either way it lands as one order.
- Headcount for operators, leads, supervisors and the office, since each role maps to a piece and a colorway.
- Order a dozen extra operator tees for turnover before the first reorder.
- XS to 4XL are one price, so a wide roster costs nothing extra.
- For placement, put left-chest embroidery on everything and add a printed back panel to the tee if the company name should read across the floor.
- Eight to ten weeks before the tour or the season change is the safe window. Design and approval come first at your pace, then the order is five weeks from approval to delivery, three of them in production and two in shipping. If you also run a warehouse or a dock, those crews are covered on the logistics page.
