Tell us the garment, the quantity, the decoration and the date, and a person replies within one business day with a price and the next step for the design. We read the date first. Production can't start until you've approved a design, so we plan backwards from the day you need the pieces.
What happens after you send the request
The reply carries the price of what you asked for. It also asks the one or two questions we still need answered before we can design anything.
Send artwork or a Design Studio link. A designer on our team turns it into a collection, and nothing goes into production before you approve it. Most teams get there in two rounds and about two weeks.
From the day you approve the design, it's three weeks to make the order and two to ship it to a US address. Count back 8 to 10 weeks from your date. The lead-time planner does the sum for you from the show date.
