Company apparel for small teams. 15 to 40 pieces.
A twelve-person agency, a dental practice or a twenty-person startup is too small for traditional suppliers, whose minimums are set for the 200-person order. We start at 15 pieces at the list price, with the design included.
Too small for the usual suppliers.
Many suppliers start at 24, 48 or 50 pieces. A 12-person company that wants polos ends up with 50 of them in a closet and a size run that was guessed, or it settles for a tee from a print-on-demand marketplace.
We run 15 pieces at the same list price as 150, because our own production doesn't charge a setup fee to a small run.
Eight products on one price list
With one print on each, put a piqué polo at $20.18 on the front desk, a button-up at $28.37 on whoever meets clients, a tee at $17.02 on the floor team and a cap at $10.85 on anyone who works outside. Hoodies, a sweatshirt and a beanie round out the eight. Sizes XS to 4XL are one price, which keeps the size run from changing the budget.
What 15 to 40 pieces buys
An onboarding kit for each hire
Put a polo and a hoodie on the desk on day one, each sleeved with the new hire's name; the onboarding kit guide has the program. Order 15 for the first class and reorder the same piece for the next five hires.
A uniform for one location
For a clinic, a branch or a showroom, order two polos each for the people who face customers and a button-up for the manager; your industry page has the capsule. Embroidered marks outlive the garment, and the uniform still looks the same in month ten.
One store's floor team
Order tees with a DTF print that reads across the shop, and caps for the door. A 220 GSM tee outlasts the season, and the retail capsule shows what a single-location store orders.
Six small orders at list price
These are six orders a small company places. Every total is the count multiplied by the price with one DTF print, and shipping on an order this size comes on the quote.
| Order | Who it's for | With one print | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| 15 piqué polos | A 12-person office plus three spares | $20.18 | $302.70 |
| 20 piqué polos | A clinic's front-of-house, two each | $20.18 | $403.60 |
| 15 button-up shirts | A consultancy's client-facing team | $28.37 | $425.55 |
| 30 tees | A store's floor team, two each | $17.02 | $510.60 |
| 20 hoodies | A startup's first onboarding class | $23.96 | $479.20 |
| 20 polos and 20 tees | Twenty people, a polo and a tee each | $20.18 + $17.02 | $744.00 |
That last row works out to $37.20 for each person's polo and tee. Design, the print and the name-sleeved packaging are inside every number in the table. The pricing page has all eight products side by side.
Nobody on your team has to be a designer.
Enter your email in the Design Studio, upload a logo and describe the team. The Studio designs a collection across all eight products, saves it under your name and gives you a link. A designer on our team finishes every order before you approve it.
A 15-piece order gets the same designer as a 500-piece one, which traditional suppliers don't do at this size.
From first email to the desk
Begin 8 to 10 weeks before the day the pieces need to be on desks. About two weeks of that go to design, production and shipping follow once you approve, and the last week is buffer. A paid sample set adds about two weeks before you approve.
Put the start date or the store opening into the lead-time planner and it gives you the day to approve by.
Questions small companies ask.
Is there a small-order surcharge?
No. A polo with one print is $20.18 and a printed tee $17.02, and a 15-piece order pays the same as a 40-piece one. Volume pricing starts at 50 pieces with 12% off. Those prices cover design, the print and the name-sleeved packaging, and our own production has no setup fee to spread across a small run.
We have 12 people. Do we have to order 15?
Fifteen is the published number, and most 12-person companies use the difference as three spares for the next hires. If you'd still like fewer, tick the box on the quote form and tell us what you have in mind, and we'll reply within one business day.
How long does a 20-piece order take?
After you approve the design, a 20-piece order is in production for three weeks and in transit to a US address for two. Design and approval come first and move at your pace, and we suggest a week of buffer at the end.
Can we add a few pieces when we hire?
Yes. We keep your design, with its colorways and your size history, between orders. Email the quantity and the date, and we'll price the reorder; production starts once you approve.
