Vantage Systems: presence you can see at dusk.
Field engineers in pilled black polos, invisible on a loading dock until they were standing in front of you.
Why engineers were wearing their own black tees
Vantage's engineers install and service infrastructure inside other companies' buildings, where each one is a client's first impression of the company. The old polos pilled after a month of tool bags and cable pulls, and on a dim dock or an evening call-out nobody could see who was on site. Engineers had started wearing their own black tees. Vantage wanted a black kit they'd choose over those, one that says Vantage the moment light finds it and can reach crews in nine states.
The grid stays tonal until light hits it.
The engineers said black or nothing, and that settled the color. The mark is a fine reflective grid, Vantage's circuit-board motif, printed across the shoulders and upper back of a black 220 GSM tee. In office light it reads as a tonal texture. Under headlights or a dock floodlight the grid lights up silver.
On the piqué polo the wordmark is embroidered small and white at the left chest, legible on a badge photo. The zip hoodie carries the grid across the hood so it reads with a beanie underneath in a cold aisle. Nothing here is rated hi-vis, and where a site requires certified PPE the kit goes under it.
Sizing and shipping the Field Grid Kit
The polo and cap figures cover the garment only, since we price the stitched wordmark within one business day. We collected sizes through the share link, which spared everyone a spreadsheet. The order went to crews in nine states, split to individual addresses, on one quote with one total.
