The Knit Beanie
We built this beanie for January in Chicago, where the idea came from. It’s a 12-gauge acrylic-blend knit. A fleece-lined band keeps it soft where it meets skin, and the cuff is deep enough to hold an embroidered mark, a printed label patch or a sewn-on patch. It comes in one size and covers your ears fully. Set it up below and we’ll price it within one business day. Orders start at 15 pieces.

How we decorate the Beanie
The beanie takes three decoration methods. Each adds one fee to the beanie, however many places that method covers, and our designer sets placement and size before the order goes into production. Sublimation needs polyester, so the beanie doesn't take it.
A small mark stitched on the cuff of the beanie.
How embroidery worksFull-color printed label patch sewn to the cuff, for artwork the knit won’t take as thread.
How dtf print worksA sewn-on patch on the cuff, the classic winter-beanie look.
