Booth staff apparel. What the team wears.

Booth staff wear an embroidered polo at the demo station, a printed tee in the aisle, a zip hoodie in the 8 a.m. hall and a cap on the floor. We make all four from 15 pieces, and every piece arrives sleeved with the wearer's name.

What booth staff wear

A wardrobe, not a uniform.

Booth staff are judged from across an aisle, so the rule is one color and one pattern on everyone, with the piece changing by the job. Demo staff wear the polo, because it holds an embroidered mark and looks composed after ten hours. The people building and breaking down the booth wear the tee, and the lead wears a button-up with the mark on the cuff.

The role-by-role guide walks the whole floor, from the person scanning badges to the exec who drops in for an hour. This page covers what we make and when it arrives.

The team size

A minimum sized for four to ten people

A booth team is four to ten people, and many suppliers want 24, 48 or 50 pieces before they'll decorate anything. We start at 15. Six people over two show days is 12 shirts plus three spares, which is 15 exactly, and the booth teams page has the count for every team size.

If your team needs fewer than 15, tell us what you have in mind.

The pieces

Eight products, and the four a booth uses most

Each price is one piece at list with one print, and the design and the name-sleeved packaging are inside it. 12% comes off at 50 pieces and 22% at 150.

Decoration

Thread for the mark, print for the aisle.

Embroidery goes on the polo and the cap. The mark on the left chest is 5,000 to 12,000 stitches in up to 12 thread colors, up to about 4 in wide, and it outlives the garment. Caps take flat or 3D embroidery, and we price embroidery in one business day. The polo takes a print as well, for a mark with gradients.

DTF print goes on the tee and the back panel. It's full color with gradients and fine detail, up to about 10 in wide on the chest and about 12 in on the back, and rated for 50-plus washes. Caps and beanies also take a sewn-on patch. Screen printing is available as well, and we'll tell you which garments suit it.

What a six-person booth costs

Six people over two show days need fifteen polos. The sum below is that shirt line at list with a printed mark, and the design and the name on each sleeve are inside the number. If you'd rather stitch the mark, the embroidery is priced in one business day.

If you want a tee for build day and a zip hoodie each on top, put the mix on the quote form and it's priced as one order.

Lead time

The clock starts when you approve.

Production runs for three weeks from the day you approve your design, and the order then spends two weeks in shipping within the US. Design comes first and takes about two weeks at your pace, and a week of buffer sits before the show. That's the 8 to 10 weeks we tell exhibitors to allow, with two more if you want a paid sample set in hand before you approve.

Approve six weeks before the show and the pieces land a week early. The lead-time planner takes a show date and gives you the day to approve by, with every stage visible.

In the box

Name sleeves and plastic-free packing

Each piece arrives in a paper band with the wearer's name on it, in a recyclable board box with no plastic. Handing out kits at move-in takes five minutes instead of an hour of size piles. Every piece is checked by hand before it's sleeved, and a defect reported within 30 days with a photo gets remade free.

Questions booth buyers ask.

Polo or tee for booth staff?

Most booths run both in one color, with the polo at the demo station and the tee in the aisle. The 200 GSM piqué polo holds an embroidered mark and looks composed through a ten-hour day. The 220 GSM tee takes a DTF print up to about 10 in wide, which is what a stranger sees from across the hall.

Can booth staff wear different pieces?

Yes, as long as the color and the pattern match. Demo staff in polos, booth builders in tees and the lead in a button-up with the mark on the cuff still read as one team. Put different colors on the same booth and it reads as three companies.

How many pieces per person?

One shirt per person per show day, plus a spare for every two people, and a layer each for the cold hall. Six people over two days is 15 shirts. Hot halls justify two tops a day, and the booth apparel guide makes that case.

When do we need to approve the design?

Eight weeks before the show is comfortable and six is the floor. Six covers production and shipping from the day you approve, plus a week of buffer before move-in. The lead-time planner turns your show date into the exact day.
